one week break from uni.
my much awaited holiday from all the deadlines and assignments and i thought i could finally sit back and relax. unfortunately, plans with baobei to go on a little road trip did not materialize due to his other commitments.. but i managed to go on a roadtrip with nikkie, my buddy.
rented a car from budget that was just down the street and embarked on our first road trip ever in 3 years! took sydney road all the way till we reached the hume, and it was going at 100km/h from there.. we made a pitstop at shepperton for dinner, which was on the M39 and not the M31! we continued to drive through the night and it seemed like forever before we got anywhere near new south wales. was really really tired .. and had a running nose... and driving wasnt the best idea... but we made it into sydney at 6am!

we visited pancakes on the rock, at the rocks! hahaha.
it is supposedly way better than pancake parlour, and the best thing, is that it never closes! so you can get chocolate pancakes around the clock!

we went shopping at the rocks, tried all sort of food... we had wayy too much to eat. and we even bought some chocolate coated strawberries as souvernier as they looked really really pretty and they tasted good.

one of our last few stops.no tanning.. cos we were rushing back to melb in time to get some sleep on sunday night before we had school on monday. but we didnt leave sydney till about 5pm.. and had about 900km to drive... on the hume! we made it home at about 3am, after all the dramas on the way back.. and it was nice, to be back in melb.. and being able to sleep on my comfy bed...
