today i woke up early. i woke up at 7am on a cold saturday morning.. dragged myself out of bed and got ready and hopped right into the car and drove to chapel st. i parked right in front of footlocker.. and saw 2 guys sitting out the front. and i immediately thought to myself that i hope those guys dont get the same size i wanted to get... or i would have been so upset for waking up so early... so i got out of my car, into the cold.. and basically froze. but i tried to talk to those 2 guys.. and they did talk to me and the conversation was abt why i was there so early in the morning. well, i said i was queueing up for you. so they immediately asked where u were, since they saw me park my car. and i said u were at work, and i wanted to surprise u with the shoes. but no, i;m sorry i spoiled ur surprise by calling u a million and 1 times this morning to check the size and to be 100% sure that it was the right size that u wanted. so i waited in line for more than 2 hours, to buy a pair of air jordan 5s. its amazing how the red one looks. i really really like the red shoes. so i hope u will love them too... just need u to finish work so that u can your not-so-special-and-no-longer-suprise from me. i hope u like them, then my standing in the cold wld be worth it. i really hope the shoes will make u smile ; )
p.s. i was offered $100 to take a different size cos someone wanted the 9s. and then he said, 'what do u want so i can take the 9s?'.. but to me nothing could take that pair of 9s from me. cos i really wanted to surprise u with them.
p.p.s i drove to swanston street jsut to get another box. i did so even though u told me not too, so that u could wear this pair of collectables on the court, and everyone wld be impressed by those amazing shoes. so i know u might think that i;m being silly for driving, but it was jsut cos i wanted to get another pair. too bad the sizes were all wrong, and u would be even more mad if i had bought a ridiculous size and so i didnt buy it.
i just want to see that cheeky grin of yours ; ) missing u lots n lots.
